Who’s in Charge? The Supreme Court, Donald Trump or The Lord of all creation?

The ruling today on the Supreme Court on birthright citizenship is devastating to most people at large.
What if we looked at this from a better perspective?
For Christians:
Please be reminded that your feet 🦶 will one day land in eternity. And that knowledge of knowing eternity with God, you need not fear of rulings and judgments down here.
Did not God know about this ruling coming down?
Are there problems with it? Sure it does not make sense in some cases, with the possibility of children being born and having ties to the US but brought back to foreign nations, possibly hostile to our country.
For me, there are different ways of looking at this-
1. God will accomplish HIS purpose in all the earth 🌍 He rules all nations.
“The whole earth will acknowledge the Lord and return to him. All the families of the nations will bow down before him. For royal power belongs to the Lord. He rules all the nations.”
Psalms 22:27-28 NLT
2. The plans of the nations He foils. He’s watching it all, He already knows.
“Let the whole world fear the Lord, and let everyone stand in awe of Him. For when He spoke, the world began! It appeared at His command. The Lord frustrates the plans of the nations and thwarts all their schemes. But the Lord’s plans stand firm forever; His intentions can never be shaken. What joy for the nation whose God is the Lord, whose people He has chosen as His inheritance. The Lord looks down from heaven and sees the whole human race. From His throne He observes all who live on the earth. He made their hearts, so He understands everything they do.”
Psalms 33:8-15 NLT
3. He determines the nations:
“From one man He created all the nations throughout the whole earth. He decided beforehand when they should rise and fall, and He determined their boundaries.”
Acts of the Apostles 17:26 NLT
4. The kingdom we belong to is a heavenly kingdom.
“Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need. “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.”
Matthew 6:33-34 NLT
“Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand. Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.”
Colossians 3:1-2 NLT
5. We know our citizenship is in heaven.
“But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for Him to return as our Savior. He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like His own, using the same power with which He will bring everything under His control.”
Philippians 3:20-21 NLT
6. Eschatologically we know it steps in the direction of not getting better- America is not in the end times picture as leading the nations, at least not in the sense that Israel will be. We are a big superpower but only by the grace of God the rug doesn’t get pulled from under us.
7. While we anticipate the Lord’s return we should and ought to remain optimistic because our “redemption draweth nigh” Jesus is coming back.
Luke 21:28
“Then everyone will see the Son of Man coming on a cloud with power and great glory. So when all these things begin to happen, stand and look up, for your salvation is near!””
Luke 21:27-28 NLT
8. Keep sharing Jesus, the gospel message with people, the hope of eternal life, forgiveness of sins, through His death burial and resurrection will NEVER be “not useful”. It is the basic message that is hope for those who are called to saving faith, by repenting of sin and believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
9. The rewards and blessings will follow into
Eternity. Get busy, don’t be distracted with the “devastation”. Stay focused, focus on Christ. Fix your eyes on Him. (Hebrews 12)
